I started seeing this in my mailq. So I deleted my quarantine database,
which is only virus.
It now has zero rows, but still occurs. I'm not an SQL idiot, but I'm
uncertain what the problem is here.

set up Amavis to do tag-and-forward only (i.e., users decide what to
do with their spam). Scrubbing through the logs I've found that these
warnings come from only one sender address, a headlines reporting
