I'm not even using the milter (though I'd like to.) and I'm running on
Postfix blocking 30,000+ messages per day (most through spamhaus), but
other's through amavis. Amavis is painfully slow, but I've found that
it runs much better on multi-core processors (go figure). Its also a
memory hog
