images that were 76K to 78K in size. I have since increased the mail
body size limit to 1024K and I have only seen one message make it past.
My $sa_tag2_level is normally 3.50 but in the last 3 months I have had
to lower it to 2.00.

unix file permissions (666) and then the file name.
I had previously installed uudecode on my workstation (Ubuntu Linux), it
is included in the sharutils Debian package. If you are using Windows
you can decode uuencoded files with the Uudeview program from here:
