Check if you are missing a binary file fw_bcm4329.bin and nvram.txt,
in "old" kernel version this module requires a binary file to work
properly.

I am using nvflash.exe utility with --create argument
"nvflash.exe" --bct flash.bct --setbct --bl bootloader.bin --configfile
flash.cfg --odmdata 0x3c300011 --create --go
During flashing process, it does format all partitions. I have attached
flash.cfg for reference.

I can't seem to find a custom kernel to OC or even undervolt my
incredible on Sense. Hydra Kernel's website seems to be down and
those are the only kernels I have heard of that work on Sense... Help?

Maybe you can issue adb remount directly, I found the help message:
adb remount - remounts the /system partition on the
device read-write
