Passing CTS is a necessary, but not sufficient condition to get the
market app.

You have to discuss with Google about installing and distribution of
market and other google apps.
They are not a part of AOSP.

also pull vending apk from other nexus s, but can't push or install it with
vending.apk and vending.odex, any method to make the apk can run on my
