Hi Sindhu, I didn't get the same error. But perhaps you'd want to try sudo ./install.sh Also looking into install.py, the install.sh script is supposed to install the virtual env. So you shouldn't need to install virtualenv before you run the script. Hope it helps. Joshua Ng On 6 March
