Maybe it'll help us to help you if you list down all of the commands you've entered right before ./install.sh Also it's probably a long shot, but I have successfully installed it on 12.04 as suggested in the installation guide. Maybe tried that version and see whether you still run into the same

Hi Sindhu, I didn't get the same error. But perhaps you'd want to try sudo ./install.sh Also looking into install.py, the install.sh script is supposed to install the virtual env. So you shouldn't need to install virtualenv before you run the script. Hope it helps. Joshua Ng On 6 March
