The band is definitely not from the area. Maybe they just liked the idea of

I was flipping through the TV tonight when I caught something familiar

Asbury's a cul-de-sac, with limited purchasing power, limited parking

First of all, all the chains have certain demographic requirements.
Traffic and proeprty location are key as well.So is parking. Give 1
or 1.5 acres in AP now
Since I've been marketing a property on the West Side (RR PLAZA) for
my clients - I've probably spoken to over 500 agents/investors.
That's an interesting point about hojos being a chain. The asbury
building is really cool looking and that's why I'd like it saved, not
for the food. There used to be a hojos in middletown too, but that was
just a boring building.

good points, bluebishoip. its true, many people dont
want any type of "chains" in asbury park. aside from
the fact that howard johnsons had its different

whe it was full of life, there were many other howard

Right on the Chat and Nibble and Franks Deli too.

You make a good point OceanChuck. I don't like the food at
Appleby's, etc., but I often make the argument that we should
attract such a restaurant to AP. I have 2 reasons:
First, there are no restaurants here that are family friendly
(except Adriatic) and priced for families. Some don't even

I like the lights in the fourth picture for AP because they have a
