It will matter for Roe though. O'Connor and 2 other Reagan appointees wrote a decision upholding Roe. Without O'Connor, Roe could be in trouble. You never can tell though. Who would have thought 3 Reagan appointees would have upheld Roe in the first place. --- In AsburyPark@yahoogroups.com

Chutzpah redefined! The residents of Marlboro want state aid because they are too stupid to elect honest politicians! I'd actually be in favor of this if they agree to use the state aid to seize the McMansions, restore the farms they developed, and send the former owners back to Brooklyn. ---
