Avon is considered a nice family beach but people only go there for
the beach and go home. As for the other two and i may be wrong but
some people like hanging out with the elite and they brag to their
friends that they go to the beach there.
People have been coming to Asbury because of the medi
those towns have always been "trouble fee" with minimal investor
owned real estate. Larger homes which the towns kept a tight rein on
code enforcement,rentals etc. Old time family homes. Allenhurst
