I agree wholeheartedly that if everyone called the police about the on
goings in their neighborhood that much more would be done. Sadly, most do
not. Thus, neighborhood watches and COP programs are necessary.

around 27% of one
salary is budgeted for benefits.

one, am willing to see my property taxes be raised for a good cause such as
this.
