They should throw in a carousel. At least the freegold mall has one.

The public advocate released a report Thursday that concluded what
everyone already knew: The eminent domain laws in this state must be
changed. Unfortunately, the report's recommendations fall short of
what is needed

I am not going to be a wet blanket. Madison Marquette have retail real
estate experience. They build and invest in upscale retal shopping
centers. But that's it. They build fancy strip malls, ala The Grove,
albeit with restaurants. Is that what is envisioned for the boardwalk?
