Marquette, but no reference to any confirmation from the company. It's just

I am against the use of eminent domain for "private gain". It was
allowed in both the NJ and US Constitutions for public use. If
government needs property for government purposes than eminent domain
is a tool. Once used, just and fair compensation must be
