This is something I never understood about Asbury Partners. They
have so much invested in town yet seemed relaxed when it came to
improving the crime/prostitution/drug problem of the city. IMO,
unless those three factors change it's still going to be very
difficult to sell these new condo
A coincidence that after several years of wondering why they aren't

dress my kids up as clowns and they march the parade giving out
