Sounds like a blend between Pier Village and Red Bank. I used to love Red Bank when it felt like mainstreet USA. Now it feels like an upscale mall that I can't afford to shop in. Mainstreet Disney. Pier Village is one of the worst examples of modern American architecture that i've ever seen.
