Currently Trinity Church runs a food pantry several days a week and a
soup kitchen on Saturday. Most of the people using the program are
truly in need and the church does a good job rea
Gather the cost to erect a pole and mount one camera in the park. Get
a few people to offer to donate that cost and see if the city would
jump at the opportunity to test it out there. It would make for a good
private public partnership.

Also many calls are made from pay-phones and then hung-up on.
The cost factor is -- each call gets billed to Asbury Park.
References to 911 should be removed from all police vehicles, it only

You have a point, but the whole nation has moved or is moving to
