It really is amazing. I took the tour last weekend and I was blown away.
Loved the restaurant, rooms are great, the pool really surprised me.
It's probably the hippest hotel anywhere on the Jersey Shore.

and here in is the major problem with the use (abuse) of eminent
domain... They took the building not for a school or police station
or a bridge, highway or hospital... they took it from one owner to
give to another private non governmental owner, who will profit from
it for many years...

purchased the premises. It's possible that foreclosure action pre-dated
your experience with the premises. You'll see the property was subject
to foreclosure, Sheriff's Sale, and owned by a small corporation.
