Do some homework. The state if nj has a study in abutments. One noted
issue...schools being excluded. City benefits IF controlled right. City should
then make payments to schools. Schools state funds will be reduced. Burden then
shifts to taxpayers. No kids or one hundred. You avoid the fact tha

Reading a post on the Asbury Park Sun today reminded me of a threat the City
has been facing for decades... The defacement of its vintage and historic
structures.
The damage is incremental and hardly noticed until it reaches a critical mass
and adversely effects the character of the community.
