Ok, so that Lenny guy thinks that Asbury is in the best condition it's been in 20 years. That being said, let's list the things that have improved. I can only think of one, and that's a partial. Cookman Ave. is definitely looking pretty good, and it's great to see people eating at the sidewalk c
