I wouild like to thank the Jewish War Veterans Bingo members & theirpatrons giving up some parking space's during their Bingo.Bond St had large vending trucks & it was hard or them to get down at 10:00 a.m. they went around to Lake Ave.The VFW 1333 (Asbury Park) donated the parking lot after the JWV (Asbury-Ocean) Bingo.Large crowds was gathering in the lot & around it the A/P Police help me with that several times.My time from 7:00 - 5:00 was donated from the:Louis E. Perry American Legion Post 523 Asbury Park.Also the Merchants Guild for helping rasie the funds which was rasied & Bruce.The person who started the JWV Vetrans Bingo I have know for several years one day I went home pick the Sunday paper.He was on the front page he was in a Concentration Camp in the beginning of WWII.He also served in the U.S.Navy its Veterans like him is the reason I got a nickname Flagman.It is also the reason I care so much about that Parking Lot behind Harrys it belongs to the VFW not Harrys.Some of my members left for WW II out the VFW Building.Alot of History their.Will see how these new owners do last ones created pot holes I had delivery trucks in their durng our Bingos.
