Not an expert, but I think this is a very good thing. It's amazing what a $20
million outstanding lien and 100 bucks can get you. I'd be pretty confident
that CapOne is not looking to hold onto this too long, which may finally lead
to some actual activity on the site. No lawsuits, no drawn out legal drama.
