To often I have shown some properties in and around the AP area to various 
charities. I get pissed off at some of the "wealthier" ones that  instead of 
looking to see how space will work for their cause, look to see where they will 
make their office - hjow big it can be, if it has a view etc....

If anyone really wants to be curious, you can go to guidestar.org.

There you can type in the name of a non-profit.

The free registration gives you little info.

But guidestar.org premium ($125) show you the "non-profit" llc's Form 990, kind 
of like our tax return. But on here, you get to see how the non-profit makes 
sure it's non-profit. 

You get to revenues and expenses.
