Why wasn't the bidding process started much earlier?
And now, because of this 2nd delay in awarding a contract, the entire
southern boardwalk will not be permanently completed before the summer season.
South of the Convention Hall complex will only be temporarily repaired
for the summer and then re-done in the Fall. That's more wasted dollars.
Wish the council elections were sooner than later.
I think a whole new council is what's needed....and possibly with term
limits. If two terms is good enough for the President, then it should be good
enough for Asbury Park.
Then I think the council should hire a new City Manager and Assistant City
Manager. This is the 2nd time that Mr Famularo has had a run-in with the
law.(Not the kind of person I would want helping to run the City)
