Hmmm... I thought that I'd posted this already with clever little
snipets, but alas, I must have been mistaken! I know it's easy to
get caught up in the politics, development issues, and day to day
challenges we face even at home in the lives we've chosen in being a
part of this tremendous little city of Asbury Park. But sometimes
you have to put that all aside and TOTALLY ROCK OUT!!! That being
said, here's a chance to kick back and forget about life's worries
(if only for 45 minutes or so) and listen to the delightful
intonations of the Carl Chesna Band - or some of them anyway -our
Drummer/Percussionist, Jay Mack got called back to work
that "Spelling Bee" show he does drums for :( But anyway, please
join us: Carl Chesna (Vocals and Acoustic Guitar), Amy Garland
(Cello) and Andrea Harbison (Back-up Vocals), for our First
Saturday/March Madness show at The Saint on Main Street and Monroe.
That's tomorrow night, Saturday the 4th, at 9:30 pm. We're doing a
bunch of songs that will be on our forthcoming CD, which will be
released later this year. Come by if you can - the doors open at
around 8pm, and there's music straight through until around
midnite. I think there are about 6 acts tomorrow. If you've never
heard any of my stuff before, and would like to sample some, please
check out my first CD on CDBABY.COM. It was released some years
ago, and is a little dated, but it's a pretty good disc, and I'll
