And I wouldn't jump to conclusions about Keady. When he left for Calif. he thought the agreement would be in the form of an amendment - an ordinance.

In this day with all the corruption that has been uncovered directly
related to redevelopment in Monmouth County, I think the FBI is looking at all
plans and deals.
For Keady to call for an outside agency to look at plans that have been
admitted in error is produdent and wise.

Jim Keady seems to be a nice fellow. Unfortunately, he is in with a
bad crowd, and their influence on him is causing him to embarrass
