Missouri's Governor signed into Law an anti EDA Legislation. In
Missouri if your seizing land, even if it is a road you must pay in addition to
market value a heritage value - a premium of at least 50% additional of market
value.
They also included a Home Owner's Bill of rights to protect people from low
ball evaluations and other process policy problems.
I think we need to get a copy of the Missouri Bill and submit it to Senator
Rice's committee in Trenton.
