I want to know why these people are being called "refugees"? Refugees are non-citizens! They are "evacuees"! There are no Haitians, Puerto ricans or Dominicans like residents here in AP. These people are the descendants of French, Indian, Spanish who "settled" New Orleans in the 1700's! Refugees?

All my web names are registered with a company based in New Orleans.   I have been in constant communication with them.   They are a courageous bunch and dedicated to keeping our domain name servers up and running.  Our actual web servers are in California and unaffected by the hurricane.
