That was just a rendering, an early rendering at that... alot had
changed on that rendering, including windows and design elements. If
you notice, they finished off the top of the sloped roof with
flashing to match the rest of the pavilion... as well as the color

The railings do look good. They are a similar mesh style but not
exactly like the 5th Avenue Pavilion ones. I would think the 5th Ave
Pavilion railings will match the existing ones so they dont have to
change the old one which they left up. Since some railings are going
in, I would thi

Has the taxable base really increased, I thought the city is still
asking for state money?

I don't think the containers are done! They are all white. They look
nothing like the renderings proposed. Of course, we all how pointless some
renderings can be... But the white container is a pretty far stretch from any
form of the rendering. I think more work is to be done on them.

Yeah, those booths look completely out of place.
Also, while I like how the shipping containers look from the boardwalk view,
from inland they
just look like shipping containers. Maybe some really creative painting will
help that out. The

1. in between 3rd ave pav and new water park, the handicap ramp onto
the rear deck also sits about 6 feet into the boardwalk ramps...
2. Someone has to get rid of the portable booths. Why a white booth

You might forget a couple things about the first ave pav -
1. There was a ramp that ran about 30 south of the building to the
second floor and the "middle" of the building had public restrooms
and a stairwell, lifeguard storage room and electric room and a
couple garbage rooms. I know, th
