"Preliminarily, it is important to note that this homicide appears to be unrelated to recent homicides,'' Valentin said at 8:30 a.m. Valentin said it was too early to release further information about the woman's death. Latyria M. Nealy of Neptune, was the latest victim of gang-related violence which includes an ongoing dispute within the same set of the Bloods street gang. Four people were arrested and charged with the Nealy shooting and are members of the Bloods gang that operates in the Asbury Park area, Valentin said Tuesday. Nealy was also a member, he said.
