Interesting the comment:

That is where the state has a conflict to STOP SMOKING. They lose
revenue.
Follows a great story last week where China has stopped new factories
for cigs in an effort to stop smoking. While over in Japan, no such
effort, as the Japa gov OWNS the factories and haul in $20billion a
year.
Time to stop using cigs to balance the budget. Need a new ad, where
some kids are puffing away while some pols are out golfing via their
limo ride.
