I am not going to be a wet blanket. Madison Marquette have retail real
estate experience. They build and invest in upscale retal shopping
centers. But that's it. They build fancy strip malls, ala The Grove,

oakdorf - those sketches were just artist redernings, ideas of what could be. they werent offical plans or architectual plans of anyway. the 5th ave pavillion is a different story, it had gone thru one pass thru, and sent back to get reworked. i dont think it ever came back, beasue talk, and
my guess is Keady is the one who has put enough pressure(in public) to
kick start. Could be wrong.
