although would be willing to volunteer my expertise. Adversarial to
me means that we have separate interests, not enemies. While
separate, they may be joined in a common end, which is the

redevelopment, simply because they're irresponsible.
This isn't totally their fault; in a system where `pay to play' is the
norm, no one is responsible, that's the beauty of the system.
