You make a good point Chuck.
As for my thoughts, I really like the design of the Esparanza. I like
how from one angle it looks like it is swaying in the Ocean Breeze.
Then there is the feature that recalls waves. It seems very
appropriate for down there.

Structure the way he framed it. And I am not a Civil Engineer!
BUT, with that said, I did go to College and took two simple courses
known as "Physics I" and "Physics II". And having taken those, I am
well aware of what can happ

Does anyone know when they are going to start on C8? I read that the
developer would start in the fall. Is this project delayed?
