But, said Woolley, people no longer seek out amusements, games of chance and haunted houses for fun. The market dictates that they'd rather shop, eat and live in luxury, or at least someplace nice by the water. >
This is called brain-dead logic. You're right Mario. There is a middle. Take a look at Disney World. The built the castle. People come. They came to Modern Hotels. They come to theme hotels. People want SOMETHING to do and to spend what they have and don't have. Disney kept going. They realized water rides and family togetherness is something. Families (even single parent families) want an escape. They realized people like WATER. They built WATER parks. They realized they need something for "older" people - from 18 up that will keep them coming back - they built the various entertainment centers (downtown disney - house of blues etc), they built their own "boardwalk" destination, campgrounds, countless hotels - in the middle of f'in NOWHERE. And they kept on THINKING. Thinking of the BRAND and how to get people to come back. Here, you're starting with WATER. COUNTLESS MILLIONS of people within one hour...... Ding. (PS - Disney stock looks likes a good stock at $28 to buy and hold.. ticker DIS ) Do you own Due Diligence. Yahoo!
