It's easy to build big boxes that the tenant has to finish off
(commercial) then lots of little boxes that you have to sell in a
tough town and was built half ass.
Look at Monmouth Mall - eatontown will be kissing their asses there to
add Dicks or Modells and whatever else they can squeeze onto that
property.
A_ needs a tax baby like that.
There is 56 acres waiting to become that baby.
Actually, you need only about 13 acres of that to wind up with a tax
base that could support a majority of that.
