Funny thing about the prostitutes being arrested.
I'm not quite sure of this, but I believe at least 2 of the 4 arrested the
other day were
already back on the street today and in business. I guess AP has a revolving
door for this
kind of stuff.

It's tough when you work Saturdays.
You probably know all about that.
So you assume that Asbury Park probably does have female decoys. Well, if
that's so, how come I haven't read about johns being arrested. Anyone? Did I
miss
the reports?

Maureen, this is Asbury, I think there are a few women decoys. You
have to get a bit more often
Enjoy the weekend.

You mean Asbury Partners must be getting itchy to collect their 7%
commissions on those condo sales?
I think your summation is probably on the money - pun intended.
As for new police, we have had the cars patrolling Ocean Ave and sitting
outside the construction sites for a long time. But

I don't put the blame on Asbury Partners for the crime; I do wonder
why it didn't seem to be that important to them. That's just the way
it looked to me over the past several years.

the property owners to maintain their homes.
the marketing guys market and...
the lead money guys to profit.
Then everyone put pressure on each other to do their jobs.
Seems to be working pretty good.

Gary, I couldn
Gary, I couldn't agree more with your statements on Asbury
Partners... I'm just grateful there's finally someone driving these
efforts who actually seems to have a clue.

<*> Yo
This is something I never understood about Asbury Partners. They
have so much invested in town yet seemed relaxed when it came to
improving the crime/prostitution/drug problem of the city. IMO,
unless those three factors change it's still going to be very
difficult to sell these new condo
A coincidence that after several years of wondering why they aren't
doing this it happens as MM is driving to make the area more people
friendly? I doubt it. I may be wrong, but another kudo in my mind
for MM.
