I guess it's because of the way the city responded to the "body in
the basement" that gets me, but the Judge is the person who should be
held responsible mostly.

I wonder though if AP has the money right now. Some of those liens
could sit for years, even generations until the property is sold
(after we tear down the property we can't get them with code
violations).
