It's like a dream, Werner! Thanks, I enjoy reading articles, that

So we agree that for reasons not necessarily attributed to individual
officers, that they do not police effectively? It should be noted
that I was not attacking anyone in particular; and that when I called
them from the boardwalk 3-7 times a week, they had very good response

I don't think that the things you've mentioned have anything at all to

Leave the police out of it, we can't even get them to police

the boardwalk. Saw (and photographed) two brand new examples of

The city is already putting enforcers up there in-season, ANYWAY!
Can't we agree that if they pay attention to the boardwalk, as
opposed to it's female merchants, that they only enforce when it's
necessary? They are selectively enforcing it anyway, with no stable
criteria for doing so.

We alredy had a trgic death of James Morrison at the deep; Is the
city going to actually start communicating with merchants now? Is it
going to take a tragic death of an expendable boardwalk merchant to
have the city EFFECTIVELY patrol it's boardwalk?

Do schools still teach bike safety?
When I was a kid growing up in Eatontown, we had bike safety classes
both in school as well as one sponsored by the police dept. After the
PD course, you got a certificate and a permit.

So what's your point?
When you see somebody littering, what do you do? Ignore it like most

I don't.
It amazes me how many people in AP just throw their trash on the
