Definitely some good points in there, although the report seems more
targeted at terrorism then reducing street crime.
In my opinion, the problem that our city needs to overcome is negative
public perception. A vast majority of the people I know who don't live
in our city have a negative perception
As for me, I'm not adverse to cameras in common areas, e.g., Parks,
parking lots, train station, bus stops, municipal, state, federal
bldgs. and schools, where break-ins are common. Some years back,
