The idea of having a hot dog truck started appealing to me when I lived up in
North Jersey.
There was a guy in Edgewater who had a really nice hot dog biz called "Awesome
Hot Dogs".
My stressed out co-workers and I would visit him a few times a week, and we
always noticed
how happy he was, and
