To me, if I drive into AP from Deal Lake via Kingsley, I'm first
struck with how incompatible the 2 new North Beach Condos are next to
the Berkeley Hotel and the rest of the area. Same goes fo
Jack, you are speaking of 'context sensitve design' practices.
Unfortunately that requieres thought and careful consideration of
ALL the issues. Something that developers, architects, planners, etc
have no time for in this day and age.
