I've never understood what's kept Asbury Park from getting tough on those who 
leave abandoned buildings to rot.  It should be so expensive and hard to manage 
an abandoned property that literally it would be more cost efficient to knock 
it down that to let it sit there.  That's really the only way to address the 
problem.
