We can sit here and blast Asbury Partners but:

1) The steinbach building, with 63 apartments and 22k of retail, 
assessed at $469,000. Pays $21k in real estate taxes.
2) or fitness lifestyle, 50,000 sq ft pays 11,000 in taxes


Those are just examples, and I like what both have done for the 
downtown. They deserve a break and a gold medal.

Or sitar's bar of the week at harrys: $4,300 yr in taxes...

then hop over to dan's house and he gets popped MORE in taxes.
