they painted the graffiti covered wall on the side of the baronet.
guess they have no plans to demolish it anytime soon.
overly-optimistic thought of the day: perhaps MM wants to take over
that half of the 4th avenue block and develop it, keeping the baronet,
fastlane, and asbury lanes as part of their plans for it.
