The prostitution charge is a "minor" crime - slap on the wrist. Gotta
find drugs - even then drug charges seem to disappear when they goet
"treatment", "find god", "blame society" etc etc. It's called PTI or
pre-trial intervention. By the time the charged get to court, the
laywer has already found their client "help". Help as in not serving
time and the road to a better life.
As far as Werner and his house problems - well you either have to sell
it as a fixer upper or look around to borrow.
Sell and rent at n.beach or Wesley....
