Al does not have the latest information. Skype is ending free SkypeOut in the USA on 12/31. After that it will be $15/year if you sign up before 1/31, and $30/year thereafter. http://www.skype.com/helloagain.html Skype out is their call termination. That is calling pstn from Skype.
