All in all, I agree Vitelity sells a good service. I had Houston LATA (936-909 to be exact) DIDs which would regularly go "unable to be reached as dialed" from cellular/landline/etc. I changed those DIDs (I'm in an area lacking LNP, so we retain a standard B1 with call forwarding) to another exch
