This is not a very professional solution. I think they will come out
to very unprofessional. They should be printed on real plastic, credit
card like, cards. The same kind you would buy in a store.
Kinkos doesnt print calling cards either unfortunately.

For a "few hundred" for testing, I recommend getting some ink-jet business
card pages (10-to-page) from an office supply store.
I'd avoid using a laser printer for them, since the toner tends to flake off.
You should be able to get the PINs printed using your favorite word
processor and a mail m
