Same here, now that I have my Li Te DAC-60. Using 88kHz FLAC files,
SB3 shows 88.2kHz, DAC shows 44.1kHz,

I'm not able to have a dedicated music room, so I'm upgrading the HT
system in our great room with audiophile-quality equipment to get the
best I can. The new speakers will be a pair of Martin Logan Summits
driven by a Sunfire TGA-7400 amp. There will also be a Sunfire TGP-5

Are these technically convincing references linkable?

Not personally, but zip cord is compared to some other cables here:

For the lazy, the difference is d
many of these things (about cars) are measurable. That lets the

Some Porsches handles better and go faster and handles better despite
being cheaper and looks is a matter of taste.
There are also expensive cables that
I'm not sure what you mean by unbiased - most people have an opinion. I
can tell you this: if you ask an engineer or physicist with no
knowledge of high-end audio about this, they will be shocked that there
could possibly be such a thing as an expensive wire or that anyone would
buy one.

Very good point.
But there are always people who get confused about absolute performance
and value for money.

No, not that it has to be expe

Has anyone here tested the Lite DAC38?
I'm looking for a solid state alternative to connect directly to my
solid state direct coupled amp.

No, I didn't ABX it. And I won't even if you ask me. (Especially not if
you ask me.)

I believe the Behringer unit is the DEQ 2496. There is also a company
called DEQX that makes (much more expensive) digital equalizers. In
any case, while these typically can take either an analogue or a
digital input, the processing they do is in the digital domain (so
you'd be better off using
