program for Windows; just look in the FLAC program groups it makes.
Run the FLAC tester, then bro
I hate to say it, but it sounds similar to what happened to mine...
Turned out the supply for the displays had died, and I had to ship it

I have a transporter that's been in it's box for the last three months.
I plugged it in last night and it powered up to the Logictech logos at
which point I turned it off. Today I can't get it to turn on at all.
Have unplugged it for a minute in an attempt to force a reset, but

I used to think only speakers and headphones needed burning in (which
I've seen many times) but something happened recently which has
surprised me. On plugging in my new SB3 a few months back I was pretty
disappointed with the sound when compared to my Creek Evo cd player.

Thanks Tom!
Much appreciated.
I've been running the Super Squeezebox since May (how time flies!) and
I'm continuously marveling on how good it sounds.
Can't wait to add that "Jive" remote!!

I use Max with cdParanoia in my Mac, and my preferred lossless format is
ALAC (Apple Lossless) which in reality is stored as an MP4 (.m4a) but I
also have some FLAC files which I havent bothered to convert to ALAC
since they sound the same.
Im not sure if Max with cdParanoia is as good as EAC but

you can't beat a better source .I'm making the assumption that the
transporter dig out is better [more accurate?] than the sb3...
but a better dac should sound better than mediocre dac with the same
