Greetings Bill,
They are supposed to arrive tomorrow. I also have a Luminous Audio
Axiom Mono XLR preamp on loan. I'll chime in with impressions on the
Axiom Mono XLR vs. Endlers tomorrow. If I forget,

Problem is that vinyl never had very much dynamic range in th e first

There's a lot of good and bad about MF
They're changing product lines almost as fast as I change shirts...
They're outrageous in many ways
But they really really know how to build CD players, DAC's and
amplifiers !!!
Sorry to see that the glowing feet are not there Those feet are

I think the TP as is works quite well as a pre (or in lieu of a pre). I
agree that being limited to the top end volume is a problem, but that
can be solved quite easily with a relatively cheap pair of attenuators.

The power amps are supposed to be identical to the full blown kw amps
except with half the power and yes, the feet glow red, orange or blue

I know MF get some pretty bad press due to some of their more
outrageous statements but this is a damn fine product when you consider
what you get in the
Perhaps we should buy our stuff on vinyl and digitizing it ourselves, I

Hey this sounds like a pretty good deal to me :-))
Probably, the amplifier will be noticeably better after a month or two,
I have never heard any of those KW amps, Is the power amplifier stage
similar to the ones in the other KW amps? (although smaller)
I have always fancied the looks of the KW
My wishlist is based on evolving the Transporter into a "digital
two-channel pre-amp." Right now I use it to convert and switch PCM
audio from my cable box and two game consoles. Of course I also listen
to music through it... Sadly, the Transporter is not quite there as a
digital pre-amp. Here's w

My MF KW250s finally arrievd at the weekend after nearly a months wait,
but it was well worth it. My SB3 has been transformed, the sound is
hugely improved over my previous system and it was no slouch (MF A1000
and an MF A324 DAC). Bass extension is superb - I can now make the
windows rattle even

Russ,

Robin I would very much like to hear about your Behringer DEQ2496. I
have a feeling my listening room could so with some serious room EQ.
How does the Behringer work and are the results worthwhile? Is it
supplied with a mic?
